At all of Fischer & Wieser Culinary Adventure Cooking School’s classes

• Public classes include instruction, a demonstration, a full meal, wine and recipes.
• Private events must be booked at least three weeks in advance. The school replies to requests within three days.
• Private classes run as a brunch class at 10:30 am or an evening class at 5:00 pm.
• Classes take place in Das Peach Haus on the F&W Farmstead, 1406 S US Highway 87, Fredericksburg.
• The farmstead has lodging, including the Farmhouse, the Four Sixes Train Car, Airstreams and a Tiny Home.
