As the seasons change, so does the way we cook. Autumn at the Farmstead celebrates fall’s harvest with a menu built around seasonal produce, hearty vegetables, fresh herbs, and simple techniques that allow great ingredients to shine. This Beyond the Recipe class is all about learning to let the season guide your cooking. You'll leave with techniques for shopping locally, choosing ingredients at their peak, and adapting recipes based on what's available. As always, this class includes a relaxed, chef-led, hands-on experience and a take-home recipe booklet so you can confidently bring the flavors of fall to your own table.
