Brunch gets a flavorful twist in Spice & Savor. This hands-on experience introduces you to the spices, ingredients, and techniques that make Indian cooking so distinctive—and shows you how approachable these flavors can be in your own kitchen. We’ll begin with Poha, a popular breakfast dish made with flattened rice, peanuts, aromatics, and spices. You'll learn how to bloom spices and layer flavors to transform simple ingredients into something wonderfully savory and satisfying. Next, we’ll prepare Chicken Tikka Masala, starting with chicken thighs marinated in seasoned yogurt for tenderness and flavor before creating its rich, aromatic sauce. Alongside it, we'll make Naan with Paneer, exploring the techniques behind soft flatbread and learning about paneer, the fresh cheese used throughout Indian cooking.
