From steaming ramen shops and lively izakayas to neighborhood dumpling counters, Tokyo offers an incredible mix of dishes built on technique, tradition, and bold umami flavor. Tour of Tokyo Cooking Class brings that experience into the kitchen with a menu designed to teach you how to recreate Japanese favorites from scratch. This Beyond the Recipe class is designed to give you more than a collection of Japanese recipes. You'll learn the techniques behind the dishes, how to shop for key ingredients, and how to bring the flavors of a Tokyo-inspired meal into your own kitchen. As always, this class includes a relaxed, chef-led, hands-on experience and a take-home recipe booklet so you can confidently recreate these favorites at home.
