These iconic Parisian confections are known for their crisp shells, chewy centers, and luxurious fillings—and in this workshop, you'll learn exactly how to achieve that perfect balance.
This hands-on class will guide you through the fundamentals of macaron-making, from mastering the macaronage technique to piping consistent shells and achieving that coveted pied, or "foot." We'll prepare a rich spiced apple caramel filling that strikes the ideal balance between warm spice and silky sweetness, then assemble everything into elegant, bakery-quality macarons.
