The Asheville Kitchen is a small recreational cooking studio with a full calendar of savory and sweet classes. Classes are capped at 8 people working across 4 cooktops. Unless a class is labeled Demonstration, you cook the whole menu yourself. Some classes have you working alone and others in pairs, so if you come by yourself you may be paired with another student.
