About this class
with Laura Palace Part Two of “Building the Ultimate Holiday Cookie Box” (Please note: These are standalone classes that build on a theme: feel free to sign up for one or all three!) Across three classes (to be purchased individually), we’ll create a beautiful assortment of homemade sweets, each chosen to complement the others and make the most impressive holiday box—perfect for gifting, sharing at holiday gatherings, or simply enjoying at home. In this second class, we’re focusing on beautiful, delicious bar-style cookies that are perfect for making ahead and freezing—so when the holidays arrive, you can simply pull them out and start building your cookie boxes. We’ll begin with what might just be my favorite Christmas cookie: the Rainbow Cookie .
