with Laura Palace Part Three of “Building the Ultimate Holiday Cookie Box” (Please note: These are standalone classes that build on a theme: feel free to sign up for one or all three!) Across three classes (to be purchased individually), we’ll create a beautiful assortment of homemade sweets, each chosen to complement the others and make the most impressive holiday box—perfect for gifting, sharing at holiday gatherings, or simply enjoying at home. In our third and final cookie class in this series, we’re bringing everything together with a collection of classic-style cookies that are easy to mix, match, bake, and enjoy the very same day. We’ll start with Thumbprint Cookies , a buttery classic with a sweet surprise tucked into the center. Then we’ll make Peppermint Meringues —light, crisp, and wonderfully festive.
